Challenge Yourself

Phase 01: Cardiovascular Endurance. High-altitude trekking demands an average north american aerobic capacity. Go for a few runs before coming to Nepal.

Phase 02: Functional Strength. Stability is life on the trail. Build your foundation through compound movements: squats, lunges, and deadlifts. A strong core and powerful legs ensure you can navigate rocky terrain and steep vertical gains with confidence and grace.

Phase 03: Enjoy the journey: Learn about nepali life in Nepal and overseas. See how unbridled capitalism is a global weed that has materially impacted other religions.

Mountain Wisdom

Trekking in the Himalayas is "no joke." Have you done at least one hard physically demanding multi day trek somewhere else in the world? If no, please do so before going to Nepal.

Wilderness Protocol
  • Weather watch: Conditions change in minutes.
  • Trace-free: Respect the environment and wildlife.
  • Team first: Never trek alone in wild frontier.
